Hello everyone, my name is Jessie Jo! If we haven’t met before, welcome to my mobile studio named after beautiful Spokane, WA. Of the Sun LLC.’s primary focus in offering yoga and sound to local recovery and mental health inpatient programs. Since 2019, I am a 550RYT trained in multiple styles, specializing in trauma informed yoga and LCE Level 1 & 2 Certified in Crystal Bowls/Tuning Forks. The last 5 years, I have seen what the power of intentional movement and healing tones can do for our wellbeing. Yoga translated into English means “union”. May we feel stronger mentally, physically, and together as a collective with these amazing tools.
